Motorola (RED) Square - Scissor Sisters

What an amazing gig! Me and my sister went to the gig last night in London's Trafalgar Square. The whole of the square was covered in red lights and the stage was a massive picture frame. Because it was a standing event, it was hard for my sis to see to we managed to push our way through to quite near the front by the fountain. There was a really good DJ playing choons to keep the crowd busy. The most memorable one he played was "I Love You Baby" which got the whole crowd going!

The Scissor Sisters came on to huge cheers and started with "Take Your Mama". Was so good. They played so many amazing hits and songs. I decided after a while to get into the fountain with a few other people which is where I watched most of the gig. It was so fun. Danced with so many lovely (and drunk) ladies!!! One notable one who was proper funny was sum1 called Claire! This other gal said I had to dance with her for the finale which comprised of "Don't Feel Like Dancing" and "Filthy Gorgeous". As there was one of the swooping cameras located behind the fountain, we were filmed loads, as well as that, I had some photos taken by a member of the press - so who knows I might be in a national newspaper!

When the gig finished, we had a long (and wet) journey home but it was such a good evening, I'd love to do something like that again!
