I'm back, ramblings of a Jet Setter
So as usual on a Friday I was waiting for the 42 to College which is meant to arrive at 0900. At around 0915 it eventually turned up. Bought the tickets. The driver then waited for around 5mins, said the bus is still broken so he went around the back to fiddle with something in the engine. Came back, made a call in his cabin, then came out and apologised saying the bus is having to be taken out of service and he has to return to the depot. He said our tickets would be valid on the 44 at 0942. So we had to wait 20 mins, and would be late for college. When we left the bus he said "Typical Bloody Arriva!"
After 20 cold minutes, the 44 did come and at Plaistow we thought it had broken again as he stopped for a couple of minutes! That would have been typical!
When we left that bus the driver said "Blame it all on Arriva!"
LOL obviously they all hate arriva!
Then the bus collapsed and caught on fire when fireman BOBO saved the day and got given his job back, but he did "have to ask the company first"!
